Thank you for shopping with Magic Queen, operated under the brand ANS Skin Care. We aim to provide high-quality skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery
You received the wrong product
The product is defective
The item is missing from your order
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Proper unboxing video and clear photos must be provided as proof
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used skincare products
Used cosmetics
Products without original packaging
Items purchased under clearance or special offers (if mentioned)
3️⃣ Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share order details along with images/video proof.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4️⃣ Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).
5️⃣ Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, based on availability.
Replacement will be shipped after verification.
6️⃣ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7️⃣ Important Notes
Magic Queen reserves the right to reject any return request if conditions are not met.
Slight variation in color or packaging design does not qualify as a defect.
Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using any skincare or haircare product.
